The FXCOSPLAY shipping department takes great pride in packing your orders. We use extra caution when shipping orders because we know that some of our products can be fragile and want your box to arrive in great condition.

It is our goal to process and ship orders out within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed; However we do not process orders on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Our processing hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-2pm EST.

USPS and UPS Fees

Shipping fees are calculated by the weight and dimensions of your order. Our site offers a shipping quote feature before and during the checkout process. Visit your cart by clicking the Cart Icon on the top right corner. Select 'Click to Estimate' by the shipping field. Provide your details and submit for a shipping quote. We can also provide you with a personalized shipping quote! Just email us at info@fxcosplay.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

How to Track Your Order
Tracking Numbers

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can also log into your account on FXCOSPLAY.com and a copy of your order and tracking will be listed under your profile. In the event that you used our guest check out option and would like tracking information please feel free to email info@fxcosplay.com or call us at 954-472-5000 and we will gladly give you a shipping update

Shipping to a PO Box, APO, AE Box
Post Office Boxes and Military Addresses

Shipping to APO, AE and Boxes is limited to United States Postal delivery. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping
Restrictions and Fees

International Shipping times range from continent to country. The average shipping time for International orders is between 5-10 business days not including the time it will take to clear and process through customs. We apologize but we are unable to make specials requests such as lower invoice fees, and special delivery requests. We will make every effort to label packages properly for a smooth process through customs, but once packages enter customs we cannot be responsible for imposed duties and taxes. Please check with your local import office for more information regarding VATs, custom fees and import taxes.

FXCOSPLAY offers flat rate shipping boxes, where if the products fit inside the box there is a flat rate shipping fee. Small flat rate boxes shipping rates start at $23 USD and large boxes begin at $80. Please see images below for ideas and suggestions of contents that will fit inside of flat rate boxes. Small flat rate boxes are limited to $50 worth of supplies due to the insurance limitation of that shipping method.

Damaged and Missing Shipments

Damaged or Lost Shipment
The FXCOSPLAY packaging department takes great pride in securely packaging your orders to avoid damage during transit. Once the carrier picks up your package, we trust they will deliver it to you in good condition. FXCOSPLAY cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. In the event that your package arrives damaged or does not arrive after leaving our facility, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to assist in tracking your package. If your package is marked as delivered but you never receive the package, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier before your package can be replaced by FXCOSPLAY and there is no guarantee that they will resolve the issue. We will arrange a replacement package only if claim has been approved.

For packages that arrived damaged, take a picture of the damaged packaging and products and email them to info@fxcosplay.com along with your return claim. You will be contacted within 3 business days to assist in resolving the issue with the SHIPPING company. Save the shipping container and products until resolved, the carrier might request to pick the items back up. Once the claim is completed, you will get a refund for the products that arrived damaged.

Shipping Restrictions
Product Restrictions

Aerosol products are limited to ground shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship aerosol goods outside of the US. Kryolan products are also limited to US shipping. In the event that we encounter a shipping limitation we will contact you with your options and alternatives. If you order Contact Lenses, they will be shipped directly from the manufacturer in 3-5 days once your requested information has been approved.

UPS, USPS, and Free Shipping

FXCOSPLAY offers UPS ground, Next Day Air, 2nd day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service International Shipping, Priority Shipping and Express mail shipping. We are always looking for ways to save you money on shipping, and in many cases we double check alternative shipping options to get you the best price. We cannot offer first class mail, because we are unable to insure those packages.
